Putting some Effort into Your Diet
The effort we’re talking about here in regards to diet isn’t referring to willpower, but to taking the time to think up ways of making your diet more interesting.
This can be done by a quick search online and finding out what other people are doing. Just search your diet and then look for forums or message boards and see what creative ideas people have.
Or, you can create a list of all the foods you can eat and try as best you can to make it exhaustive and then pin it up onto the fridge and whenever you are tired of the same old, same old and need to feel like eating is fun again, you can get creative and see what you can mix and match.
Either way, the small effort now pays off in a bigger way later.
