Here’s a great smoothie recipe that has flavor and poses no threat to your weight.

– 2 cups frozen raspberries
– 1/2 cup coconut milk
– fresh lime peel
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– water (add slowly until you reach your preferred thickness)

All of the ingredients give it a refreshing and delectable taste with none of them being foods that are considered “weight gaining foods.”

The coconut milk has a high fat content with about 200 calories per 1/2 cup and 162 of those coming from fat which is perfect. After that it’s composed of a bit of protein and bit of carbs. Low carbs are always key.

This is perfect for when you have a sweet craving or even as part of your daily diet make-up.
