Eating Lots!
You see these people everywhere. Fit and toned women always with something in their hands; a bowl a bag, some Tupperware and a fork etc.
They always seem to be eating and yet still are able to maintain their figure or even lose weight. Granted, some of them have fast metabolisms but there are a good majority who don’t.
The reason they stay slim is because of the types of foods they eat, and the quantities. You’ll see them with containers of fresh fruit, and vegetables with dips which people can eat all day long. Or maybe they have a stir fry with lots of chicken and vegetables which is ketogenic and will not add pounds to the scale.
Those types of foods are low cal and tasty too.
But most important, these women are keeping themselves SATISFIED.
So they don’t feel as much of an urge to splurge.
