It’s easy to get off track when you’re trying to follow a diet for many reasons. One of them is monotony, or lack of variety. The same old, same old isn’t as appealing after awhile and so the craving for something sweet builds, and if it gets to a certain level, you have almost no chance of resisting it.
So, the solution is to make sure that you have plenty of different GOOD TASTING foods that you can reply on to keep you satisfied.
