The Right Stuff
Setting yourself up for success is important as you’ve read in many of the previous posts. One of the ways that this is accomplished is by making sure that you have the right tools and equipment.
If for example, you are planning on making low-calorie, healthy smoothies as a means of fighting off any cravings, you need to make sure you are equipped. In this case you’ll need to have:
1- A list of what you’ll need.
2- The proper blender or mixer.
3- Containers to store them in if you’ll be drinking them away from home.
4- The right foods and enough of them to last long enough until your next trip to the grocery store.
5- To spend some time collecting new recipes to prevent boredom so that this tactic to fight off cravings continues to work indefinitely.
All that just for one strategy of one aspect of your diet.
Now extrapolate that to other areas of your fitness and weight loss goals and you’ll get an idea of what is required to stay the course.
